What are your thought about the privacy issue and Facebook? Is it something you are concerned about?
I think that it is a good thing that they fixed the problems for privacy. Since most people who use Facebook don't want everyone in the world to be able to have access to their account. But it really doesn't concern me that they have added more privacy I was just fine with how it was before.

I think this because people could easily get other peoples information and cause identity theft and other harmful things. It does still concern me because not everything is 100 percent. People are still going to be able to hack other peoples Facebooki accounts, but I am less concerned with the new rules.

I think the privacy issue with Facebook need to be fixed right away. People may not want strangers to look at there stuff if they don't want to because of certain issues and that should be a right. I'm concerned about this because there are plenty of pretadors out there that I don't want to run into or for them to stalk me. This is a very important issue to me.

ReplyDeleteI think it is a good thing that they have gave you the option to make things more private on your Facebook. Before, any body could look at your Facebook profile and find information about you. Now you have to option to keep things private and only show information to the people you are friends with. This doesn't really concern me because i'm safe with the information i give out online, but you never know.
I think that it is a good thing that they are working on facebooks privacy rules. I know that I wouldn't want people to be able to look at my profile unless we were friends. I have always sort of worried about this but now that I now that they are working to improve to privacy I feel better. This way people won’t be able to hack others profiles. I was concerned before but now that I now that they are working to fix it, I am less concerned. But they need to fix the privacy right away.
ReplyDeletei think its a good thing that we have Facebook privacy rights because you don't want someone creeping on your that you don't know. i think they need to apply more options but i believe that it is a good thing to have these rights in order to keep people safe because Facebook has so many people that are involved in it and it would not be safe if there were no options so keep your profile personal. even thought there are some glitches with the right i know that they are working to fix them right away. it concerns me that there isn't a solution yet but there's nothing you can do other than let them do their jobs and fix it themselves.
ReplyDeleteI think it's a good idea that facebook is working on the privacy rules. I feel safe knowing other people who I'm not friends with won't be able to look at my stuff. Its good that theyre trying to fix not being able to hack peoples facebooks because I wouldnt want someone to hack my profile and change anything or add a bunch of people I dont know.
ReplyDeleteI am not to worried about the privacy issue on facebook. I am not a commited facebook user. I will go on once and a while but i never really have the time. Anyways, it is smart of them to work on the privacy issue though because i could see people getting very angry real quick. If they make it so facebook hacking is almost non existant, then i think facebook users will be much happier. Olivia Parisi
ReplyDeleteI think it is a good thing that facebook allows its users to select a private or public profile. Although it says your profile is private it is not. As you post a picture on facebook it is then sent to millions of facebok servers, and your friends can take a screen shot of that and post it all over the World Wide Web. Also many colleges and employment agencies have the rights to all your post, and information. This also concerns me because I want to keep a good reputaion on the Internet. Even though facebook is not totally always "private" I always set my profile and other information to private.

I think that them fixing the privacy situation on facebook is great because there are crazy people out there that will use that to stalk you. It also helps keep other people from seeing things that you dont want them to see and causing problems.

I think that it is a good thing that Facebook has more privacy settings. A lot of little kids have Facebook's and put a lot of information on theirs. Also, you don't want random creeps all over the world to be able to look at your pictures or other information.
